Terms and Conditions for Party Supplies

Terms of return - In the unlikely event that there is any issue with the item you have received, please make contact within 3 days of receiving. As our products are custom made and most often used straight away we need to have fast contact so that we can have time to get you a replacement in time.
State of return - Item must be returned un-used. We cannot refund or resend if you have used the item already.
Reason for return - We want you to be happy with your purchase, we are a small business and your satisfaction is the most important to us for our business to continue to grow. We accept returns if you receive the wrong product or if it has been damaged in the transit.
Process for return - Please make immediate contact with us and email any photo evidence you can so that we can best organise the appropriate return to you.
Process of refund - Refubd can be given if there isan issue with the item. We will always try our best to replace the product where possible. We do not refund for change of mind, but will offer a store credit so that you can receive a product that your'e happy with. this will only happen once the original item has bee returned at the customers cost. We will not pay postage return for change of mind.
